Return policy

Returns

We make returns in the following cases:

  • Error with the order by Aerial Maps
  • The customer does not receive the package by mistake from the shipping company.

All merchandise must be returned in its entirety, in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Returns must be delivered at destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed within a maximum period of 15 days.

IMPORTANT: In the event that the return is made for reasons not attributable to MC Global Fabrics SL, the buyer will bear the full expenses generated by the return. In the event that a shipment by the carrier is not picked up and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the costs.

In no case will the customer be able to use their own means to make the return.

MPORTANT: If a product presents manifest defects due to transport (blows, water, etc.), Roberto Puente must be notified within 48 hours AFTER ACCEPTING THE ORDER. So we can claim it and proceed to its replacement. Otherwise, MC Gloabl Fabrics SL reserves the right to accept the return.

Refunds for returns will have a maximum period of 15 calendar days for administrative procedures, although we usually do them in no more than 7 days.

Cases in which we cannot accept orders

Roberto Puente reserves the right to cancel any purchase (of an order previously accepted by us), without being responsible for any damage or expense, among others, in the following situations:

  • The product is not in stock / the product is out of stock (in which case you have the option of a refund of the purchase amount made or you can wait until we are back in stock).
  • Your billing information is not correct or cannot be verified.
  • Your order is flagged by our security systems as an abnormal or fraudulent order.
  • We have reason to believe that you are under the age of 14.
  • We have reason to believe that it was done maliciously.
  • The order is the result of an error in the store’s system (misapplied discounts, unaccounted shipping costs, etc.).
  • We were unable to deliver to the address provided to us.
  • We will not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, regardless of whether said product has been sold or not, removing or modifying any material or content on the website, or for denying us to process an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

In the event that any additional information or confirmation is required to serve an order and once requested there is no response within 7 calendar days, we will proceed to cancel the order and, if applicable, refund the amount.

If the order is at its destination and after 7 calendar days it is impossible for us to make the delivery (the customer is not at home, does not respond to our communications, etc.) we will proceed to collect it and refund the amount, except for expenses. generated (€ 15).

Cancellation of orders

Those cancellations of orders that involve a return to the customer will have a maximum period of 14 days for administrative procedures, although we try to ensure that the period does not exceed 7 days.

Order cancellations will not be allowed after 1h. from the closing of the purchase, since it will be assumed that the order has already been processed by the warehouse. For any questions send an email indicating the order number to hola@aerialmaps.shop

Withdrawal

If the order you have made does not correspond to your expectations, you have the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with article 71 Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws from the moment you or someone authorized by you receives the package.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing of your decision to our email: hola@aerialmaps.shop

To make it easier for you, from MC Gloabl Fabrics SL we will provide you with the form that you must send us. Once the receipt of your request is confirmed, we will proceed to pay you the amount paid by paypal, check or bank transfer within a period of 10 calendar days from the receipt of your withdrawal request, as long as the return of the product has been completed.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will imply the return of the price of the returned product and the original shipping costs. You only have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.
